Exceptions

If there is a defect, damage, or error caused by us in your order, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Customized products with no faults cannot be refunded or exchanged.
